Alright, you wanted to know how to make it. Here it is! Kris Larabee’s winning recipe from Sunday’s chili cookoff! Enjoy!
- 4 chicken breasts, cubed
– 1 (48 oz.) jar great northern beans
– 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
– 1 lb. colby jack cheese
– 1 lb. montery cheese
– 1 c. chicken broth
– 1 tsp. chili powder
Mix all ingredients together. Simmer for 6 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
