EXPLORERS CAMP VOLUNTEERS

Camp Description

Explorers Camp is one of the highlights of the summer for our kids! From July 29–31, kids will spend three days exploring the outdoors, building friendships, learning new skills, and discovering more about God through adventure. There will be a bus pick up and drop off each day at Daybreak. Volunteers are welcome to ride the bus.

Volunteer Description

We’re looking for volunteers to help make this experience unforgettable! There are several ways you can serve depending on your interests and availability:

Small Group Leaders

Guide a group of kids through the camp schedule, encourage them, and help them engage in activities (overnight and day camp options available).

Student Leaders

Students who want to assist leaders, help with activities, and build relationships with campers.

Activity Leaders

Lead one of our hands-on camp activities, such as wood carving, fishing, archery, paint and punch, hiking, fire building, stargazing, first aid, and worst-case scenario.

Registration Team

Help welcome families, check kids in, and get everyone off to a smooth start each day (camp or daybreak).

Floaters

Jump in wherever help is needed throughout the day.

Set-Up / Tear-Down Team

Help prepare the space before camp begins and reset everything once camp wraps up.

Cost: Volunteers do not have to pay to participate in camp. They will receive a free shirt, and their meals and lodging will be covered.

Dates: July 29-31, 2026

Day Camp Commitment: 7:30 am-4:30 pm every day

Overnight commitment 8:00am July 29th to 5:00pm July 31st (Or until cleaned up)
